Here we find mercy and grace to help in our time of need.We have had varied experiences in our lives,but the prayer and fasting experience is most blessed and tranforming to all who will submit to it. The psalmist David declared, I cried unto the Lord and he heard me and delivered from all of my fears. We can take everything to God in prayer. He will help us overcome everything we need to overcome. If we would just humble ourselves and learn to trust to work out every problem and adversity in our lives. Pains and trauma, disappointments and fears can all be eradicated through the power and strength of prayer.
